The first session is 5 hours in duration which enables the client to safely explore their inner world, their presenting issue and begin to connect with resonating aspects of their psyche related to it. On-going sessions are a minimum of 2 hours.
The client, guided by the Practitioner, is always in control of their session and directs the course and content of their investigation together with deciding on any remedial action to be taken, if any.
In person sessions are available in the Midlands, UK.
For online sessions the client is provided with an information sheet ahead of the scheduled appointment providing guidance on how to set up the camera together with a small number of items which may be required in support of the session.
I welcome LGBTQ+ and BAME clients to my practice.
"I immediately felt comfortable with Fran, he was professional, friendly and relaxed which helped me to feel at ease. Fran came across as confident, humble, honest and caring. I didn’t feel any nervousness from him and fully trusted that he knew (or had the tools to work out) exactly what to do in each moment.
I found it easy to get straight to some difficult points from my past, Fran listened and reflected back key points without hesitation. I was impressed that even after sharing some heavy things it still felt like there was more than enough space being held. This helped to ease the weight and shame from myself."
"I found it really great to be listened to so attentively and non-judgmentally and to have Fran notice things amidst the stream of things I was talking about that stood out, and to isolate those so that we could explore and work on them more."
"I believed that Fran would not be phased by the material I brought. I was quite honest and open with him which showed I must have trusted him. I was working with some deep shame and he seemed quite comfortable with these parts and engaged with their concerns about judgement. I also liked that Fran was willing to challenge me in a kind and yet holding way. I have parts that can take over at times and he contained them really well and befriended them.
I was able to get to a very deep place that I struggle to get to often. It surprised me how that went, and what surfaced in the end. I have never before truly been able to let go and just follow that vulnerability."
