Transformation starts with a single conversation. I offer a discovery call so you can ask questions, share what's bringing you here, and get a feel for whether this work is right for you.

Shadow Work sessions are available online or in person in Warwickshire and the Midlands.

Session rates: £80–£160 per hour (sliding scale — no justification needed). Concessionary rates available for those on low incomes.

I carry full professional insurance and work within a clear code of ethics. I undertake regular supervision and am fully engaged in my own ongoing personal and professional development.

Relationships

The people closest to us have an ability to trigger our deepest wounds. Arguments that go in circles. Distance that grows without explanation. A feeling of never quite being truly understood — or of never quite being able to say what you really mean.

Often, what plays out between us and others is shaped by what lives within us: unresolved experiences and unconscious patterns...this work helps you change that.

Transform your relationships with Shadow Work...for when our relationships become mirrors for our unhealed parts

Shadow Work for Relationships — the Five Fields Framework

I offer sessions specifically focused on your relationships, using Shadow Work processes and the Five Fields Framework, developed by Marianne Hill.

The session focuses on your experience, your patterns, and your part in the dynamic. You don't necesarily need your partner, family member or colleague to be present as this can be individual work.

The Five Fields Framework is a powerful tool for identifying the shadow elements at play in your relationships — the unconscious material that drives how you behave, react and communicate when things get difficult. By bringing these patterns into awareness, you gain the ability to approach the relationship differently: with more honesty, more compassion, and more genuine connection.

What this work can help with:

- Recurring conflict with a partner, family member or close friend

- Feeling unseen, unheard or misunderstood in important relationships

- Difficulty expressing your needs or setting boundaries

- Patterns of withdrawal, people-pleasing or emotional reactivity

- Relationships recovering from rupture, loss of trust or significant change Preparing to have a difficult but important conversation

By the end of the session, you will have greater clarity about your own part in the dynamic, a deeper understanding of what is being triggered and why, and a more authentic way of entering the conversation — one that increases the possibility of being genuinely heard.

Gayle A

"I immediately felt comfortable with Fran, he was professional, friendly and relaxed which helped me to feel at ease. Fran came across as confident, humble, honest and caring. I didn’t feel any nervousness from him and fully trusted that he knew (or had the tools to work out) exactly what to do in each moment.

I found it easy to get straight to some difficult points from my past, Fran listened and reflected back key points without hesitation. I was impressed that even after sharing some heavy things it still felt like there was more than enough space being held. This helped to ease the weight and shame from myself."

K Phillips

"I found it really great to be listened to so attentively and non-judgmentally and to have Fran notice things amidst the stream of things I was talking about that stood out, and to isolate those so that we could explore and work on them more."
